By entering the Nazareth College Win an Apple MacBook Air Competition (“the Promotion”), you (“the Entrant”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. All information on ‘how to enter’ forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering into these Terms and Conditions, each Entrant warrants that they have read understood and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promoter is Nazareth College (ABN: 45 439 984 985), CRICOS Provider No. 01097M PO Box 1289. Waverley Gardens.
3. The Promotion commences on Tuesday 1 March 2022 at 8.00 am AEDT and closes on Tuesday 22 March 2022 @ 8.30pm AEST (“The Promotion Period”). Any entry that is not received during the Promotion Period will be invalid.
4. The draw will take place at 10 am AEST on Thursday 24 March 2022 at Nazareth College.
5. The Promoter will randomly select one Entrant (“Winner”).
6. The Promoter will contact the Winner by telephone (if available) or email to confirm the Entrant’s winning entry on Thursday 7 October.
7. The Winners’ name will be published on the Nazareth College Website and social media.
8. The Winner must collect their prize from Nazareth College by Monday 2 May 2022. If the prize is not collected before this date, the Winner forfeits their prize and a new winner will be drawn, for the unclaimed prize.

ELIGIBILITY

10. Entry is open to Prospective Parents and Guardians aged 18 years and over.
11. Entrants must be Victorian residents.
12. Entrants must register and attend eligible school events* – as verified by on-the-day attendance recording.
13. Only one entry per family is permitted. 
14. Employees of the Promoter and immediate family members of the Promoter and associated agencies or companies anyway involved in the Promotion, are not valid entrants in the Promotion.
15. Incomplete, illegible or incorrect entries, or entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, will not be eligible to win.

HOW TO ENTER

16. Register to attend eligible school events* on the Nazareth College website.
17. Attend the event during the promotional period, as stated above.

By entering into the Promotion, the Entrant agrees and acknowledges that:

18. The Promoter will collect the Entrant’s personal information in accordance with the Nazareth College Privacy Policy.
19. By entering the Promotion, the Entrant agrees to receive information and marketing communications from Nazareth College.
20. If the Entrant is the Winner of the Promotion, the Entrant consents to the disclosure, publication and dissemination of their name and likeness for the purposes of the Promotion, and Nazareth College’s advertising and marketing purposes (as Winner of the Promotion).
21. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. The Promoter is not responsible for technical difficulties with the entry mechanism and does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all times.

PRIZE DETAILS

There is one prize to be won, an Apple MacBook Air to the value of $1599.00. 

1. The prize value is correct as at the date of printing.
2. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.

DECISION FINAL

22. In all matters, all decisions of Nazareth College and staff will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence or discussions will be entered into.
23. The Promotion is governed exclusively by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
